This program will discuss the actions you may (and may not) take when your custormer or vendor files or could potentially file for bankruptcy. We will discuss practical ways you may protect your company and any claims you may exercise once the bankruptcy is filed.

In his bankruptcy and reorganization practice, Craig represents corporate creditors and debtors, frequently advising clients on debtor financing issues, asset purchases through 363 Sales, avoidance and preference actions, stay proceedings, and claim analysis. He actively manages the national bankruptcy portfolios of several publicly traded clients and conducts in-house training for finance departments in order to eliminate or reduce insolvency risk. Mr. Ganz regularly represents creditors’ committees and counsels clients on receivership-related issues.
